Course Information

These units of competency are from the SIT Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package that provide a set of skills to prepare and sell espresso coffee beverages. This course will enable participants to gain the skills and knowledge to work in the areas of coffee service within:

  • Cafes
  • Restaurants
  • Bars
  • Bakeries

 

Certificate Issue

On successful completion of this three/four (3-4) day course, all competent students will be issued a Statement of Attainment for SITSS00080 Espresso Machine Operation.

Achievement of these units provides credit towards SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality.
