Introduction:
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.
Target Audience:
This unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.
Learning Outcomes:
- On successful completion of this course, competent students will be issued a Statement of Attainment.

Evidence is required to be collected that demonstrates a candidate's competency in this unit through skills and knowledge assessment as well as practical scenarios.
