SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality

This Course reflects the role of individuals who have a range of well-developed hospitality service, sales or operational skills and sound knowledge of industry operations. Using discretion and judgement, they will work with some independence and under limited supervision using plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.

The duration varies upon delivery model. Typically, the course is delivered over 12 – 24 months.

The training will be a mix of face to face and workplace training. The majority of the training will include face to face theory delivered in a classroom setting followed by practical applications in the workplace.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS

Participants must have access to a hospitality venue to complete a minimum of 36 complete service periods (shifts). Coal Train does not offer Work Placement, this must be organised by the participant.

 

CERTIFICATE ISSUE

All competent students will issued with a SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality upon successful completion of the course
