This course includes the skills and knowledge required to carry out risk management processes, including planning, identifying hazards and assessing risk, and developing and implementing risk controls.
This unit it appropriate for those working in supervisory roles overseeing and auditing the risk assessment process.
This unit is appropriate for those working in supervisory and risk management technical specialist roles within:
- Coal mining
- Metalliferous mining
CERTIFICATE ISSUE:
All competent students will receive a Statement of Attainment upon successful completion of the above unit of competency which forms partial completion of the RII40220 Certificate IV in Surface Coal Mining (Open Cut Examiner).
