These units of competency are from the SIT Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package that provide a set of skills to prepare and sell espresso coffee beverages. This course will enable participants to gain the skills and knowledge to work in the areas of coffee service within:

- Restaurants
- Bars
- Bakeries
CERTIFICATE ISSUE
On successful completion of this two (2) day course, all competent students will be issued a Statement of Attainment for SITSS00080 Espresso Machine Operations.
