Course Information/Prerequisite
For issue of a Statement of Attainment:
This is if you already hold a previous Statement of Attainment for the Underground Unit.
Participant must submit a copy of their Statement of Attainment for the RIIERR203D or RIIERR203E unit as well as a signed Skills List.
Upon successful completion, participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for RIIERR203E Escape from Hazardous Situations Unaided.
For issue of a Statement of Completion:
This is if you have not acquired a Statement of Attainment yet and are nearing 12 months with your Statement of Completion or you need to upgrade to the new E version.
Participants must submit a copy of their current Statement of Completion certificate for RIIERR203D or RIIERR203E.
Upon successful completion, participants will be issued with a Statement of Completion for RIIERR203E Escape from Hazardous Situations Unaided as well as a copy of the new Standard 11 Workplace Assessment Logbook.
