Course Information

This skill set is for people in the position of supervisor, manager, leading hand or team leader. This course will provide you with skills in team planning, working with an operational plan, leading and supervising others, and managing team performance to achieve objectives and key performance indicators (KPI’s).

This Nationally Accredited Skill Set is beneficial for people working in various sectors including hospitality, administration, business, retail, government, medical practices as well as various other industries.

PATHWAYS INFORMATION

For participants who successfully achieve this skill set, they will be able to gain credit towards a number of qualifications including BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
