Coal Train’s in house Chef, Dianne McDonald has worked in as a Chef for over fifteen years and loves to serve good wholesome food. Di creates the menus daily and orders local produce wherever possible. Coal Train buy their bread from O’Gradys Bakery and their meat comes from Jaques Coastal Meats (located just next door!). Di is really enjoying being a part of such a professional environment,

“I try to serve a home cooked style meal every day and I’m happy to cater for all dietary needs. In fact my vegetarian dishes have become very popular. I’ve noticed in Winter all of our course attendees enjoy the warmth of my kitchen.”
